- Get 1/2 cup peas

- Get 2 tbsp ghee

- Take a heavy bottom pan add 1 tbsp ghee. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter
- Now add curry leaves and dry red chilli
- Add chopped onion and sauté till they turn pink.
- Add peas and cover the pan for cooking
- Heat 3 cups water and let it boil
- Dry roast rawa in a separate pan for just 1-2 minutes. Don’t brown it.
- When water is boiled add it in the pan and add salt and pepper too.
- Now slowly add roasted rawa but keep stirring continuously. Rawa will absorb the water and will comr like a mass together.
- Just before it absorbs whole water add the remaining 1 tbsp ghee and switch off the flame
- Cover the pan for two minutes and then serve hot upma.
