  1. Wash and soak rice for half an hour than transfer into pressure cooker with 3 cups of water and salt. Put it on flame and cook it for 3 whistles on medium flame. Keep it aside and let them cool down.
  2. Meanwhile in a pan pour 1 cup water and let it boil with some salt. Than add chopped carrot and peas in it and boil them till they become soft. When cooked drain out the water.
  3. Now heat ghee in a frying pan. Saute the cashew till golden. Take them out and keep aside.
  4. In a same pan add oil with ghee put cumin seeds and let them crackle. Than add cooked Carrot and peas with some salt and black pepper
  5. Cook it for 3-5 mins than add cooked rice and mix it well with spectula. At the end add cashew and again mix it. And it's done. Serve hot and enjoy…
