- First boil green peas in hot water until greenpeas become a soft.then heat oil in a pan.then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, asafoetida.. then add screen paste turmeric powder for 10 seconds then add kara masala coriander powder and boiled green peas.add salt as required.
- Cook well then serve with rotis.
You can also use fresh or frozen green peas for making this subzi. Green peas when mixed with spices makes up for a great side dish and bright green colour lights up the dish. Add the cumin seeds and curry leaves. When the seeds start crackling, add the chopped garlic and chopped onion. Release the pressure naturally and strain the water.
