Pat dry chickpeas with paper towel, removing any skins that may come off. Chickpeas are filling, delicious, easy to cook and cheap, making them the perfect choice for students. Steps to make Chick Peas:
- Heat the oil
- Add garam masala
- Also add ginger and garlic paste
- Add salt
- Add haldi powder
- Add red chilli powder and chilli flakes
- Also add zeera and coriander powder
- Add fried onions and mix well
- 1/2 cup of water and fry it till oil separates
- Also add chopped tammato and chilli
- Mix it
- Fry until nice paste and oil is separated
- Then add potato also add 1/2 cup of water at low flame until potatoes are soft.
- Add chick peas
- Nicely stir
- Add 1 cup of water and cover it alteast 15 mintunes on low flame
- Chick peas are ready to eat
- Serve with chapati
