The ingredients needed to make Chilli Gobhi:
  1. Take 200 gm Cauliflower florets
  2. Prepare 1 onion
  3. Take 1 capsicum
  4. Get 3 tsp Corn flour
  5. Make ready 3 tsp Maida
  6. Prepare Oil for deep fry
  7. Make ready Tomato sauce
  8. Make ready Chilli sauce
  9. Prepare Schezwan sauce
  10. Get Soy sauce
  11. Prepare Ginger and garlic
  12. Take Green chilli
Steps to make Chilli Gobhi:
  1. Take small cauliflower and cut it into small florets and put them in a bowl of water and boil it for 10 mins. After boiling drain the water and allow it to cool.
  2. Take boiled cauliflower florets add salt, red chilli, 3 tsp of corn flour and 3 tsp of maida and mix them well till all the florets are coated with the ingredients.
  3. Take a pan for deep fry and fill oil as per need. Put the florets and deep fry till golden brown and put them aside.
  4. Take another tossing pan add oil, add chopped chopped green chill, ginger and garlic to the pan allow it to cook till raw smell is gone, add sliced onions and allow it to cook until they are translucent, now add capsicum and mix well for 5 mins. Now add 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 2 tsp green chilli sauce, 2 tsp tomato sauce and 2 tsp chilli sauce and mix well.Allow the sauce to cook for 2 mins and take a bowl of water and add corn flour and mix it well and pour it in tossing pan.
  5. You can see that the sauce will start thickening add salt as per taste and 1 tsp of sugar for balancing the taste. Now add the deep fried florets and mix them well and cook for 5 mins. Chilli Gobi is ready to be served hot..
