- Switch off the gas stove and cover it with lid. Leave it for 5 minutes then knead dough for five minutes and make soft dough.
- Now make tiny balls from dough. This is the most time taking part of the recipe so have patience.
- Side by side heat milk in a deep heavy bottom pan. Once it starts boiling reduce heat on low flame and boil for 15 minutes.
- Now add rice balls, milkmaid and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame. Stir several times while cooking to prevent from burning.
- Put dry fruits, green cardamom powder and sugar as per your preference in milk mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes and stir continuously. Switch off the gas stove.
- Serve this unique recipe while it's semi hot and just enjoy.
