- Now take a small dough ball and roll it like a roti and spread ghee on it. Sprinkle dry flour over roti.
- Now take one side of roti and flip it to other side. Do the the same for opposite side. Repeat the same method and make a square shape as shown in picture.
- Now roll it again and cook it on medium flame by spreading ghee on both the sides.
- Serve it with chutney or dahi.
