- Take a mixing bowl pour there Atta, add salt, ajwain and with water just prepare Dough. Rest it for 20 mins.
- Now take a mixing Bowl take boiled Potatoes, add there salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, coriander powder, and mix it well. The stuffing is ready for our Aloo Paratha.
- Now take a small dough and start rolling on the kitchen platform and put 2 teaspoon of stuffing inside them close the mouth of the dough. Then roll it again and make like our Roti.
- Now turn on the gas flame. Place a tawa heat it and cook the Paratha from both the sides till it's golden brown and apply ghee to it then it's ready. Like wise repeat the same process in making other Paratha. Enjoy with curd and Chutney 😋.
