- Heat a tawa/ griddle on medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it. Roast it until light golden spots appear on both sides.
- Apply some ghee or oil and press slightly on both sides. Roast till both sides are cooked properly. Roast all the beetroot parathas likewise.
- Finally serve beetroot paratha hot with curd, green chutney or any chutney of your choice.
