  4. Add a pinch of salt and 2 tsp sugar into the batter mix well
  5. Grease a tawa and spread the mixture evenly
  6. Add the filling in to it roll and remove
  7. Prepare rest of the rolls following the same process
  8. Now boil rest of the milk and mix mawa and sugar
  9. Switch off as it is thick and spread over the pitha
  10. Serve it cool
