- Prepare 3 tbsp Cournflour

Add the cheeses, egg yolks, salt, chopped chilli, garlic, pepper and chopped coriander, return to a low heat and cook gently until all the cheese has melted and the mixture starts to bubble at the edges. Cover with another bread slice with the buttered-chutney side facing downwards. Press it tightly so that the stuffing doesn't fall off.
Instructions to make Cheese chilli:
- Cut paneer into cubes.. Marinate it with 2 tbsp cournflour, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1/2 spoon salt and few drops of water.
- Take a pan, add oil and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes. Keep them aside.
- Now in order to prepare the gravy. Make a solution of 1 tbsp cournflour and 1/2 cup water.
- Make a solution of 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1/2cup water.
- Take a pan. Put 2 tbsp oil, heat it and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, diced capsicum and onion and chopped green chilli. Saute well.
- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and mix them well.
- After 2 minutes add red chilli solution. Mix them well.
- Add fried paneer and saute them.
- At last add cournflour solution and salt (as per taste).
- Add water if required.. Cover the pan with a lid.. Keep it on high flame for 30seconds.
- Cheese chilli is ready to serve. Have it with fried rice or chowmein.
Cover with another bread slice with the buttered-chutney side facing downwards. Press it tightly so that the stuffing doesn't fall off. Chili Cheese Nachos are nachos piled high with my homemade chili and cheese sauce. It's similar to my Chili Cheese Fries but served with tortilla chips instead. There are really no rules for nachos.
