Instructions to make Sing Pori (Peanut Paratha):
- Roast peanuts nicely and remove skin and make powder
- Take 4 tablespoons peanut powder, add grated jaggery and mix nicely
- Take chapati dough and pinch dough needed for one chapati.
- Roll the chapati, and now keep peanut jaggery mixture in between, close the sides and cover the mixture, the way we do in aloo paratha.
- Dust some flour and roll the paratha slightly thick.
- Heat tawa and place paratha on hot tawa and roast nicely applying ghee generously on medium flame till it's nice and golden on both the sides.
- Once done, remove on plate use pizza cutter and cut in pieces serve hot by grating jaggery on top, it will melt nicely and kids will love it.
