Mint Peanut Chutney - In a pan heat a tsp of oil. Add sliced onions, garlic cloves and cut green chillies. Cook on low flame until the onions are soft. Roast peanuts in a pan on a medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
Instructions to make Minty Peanut chutney:
- Roast peanuts on low flame till colour changes
- Grind everything on low speed for a moment or till the peanuts get crushed.
- Add curd and and 2 tbspn water and gind to fine paste
- Take out in a bowl and add water to adjust consistency
Cook on low flame until the onions are soft. Roast peanuts in a pan on a medium flame till it becomes golden brown. In a pan, add oil, jeera,onion/shallots, green chilli, garlic and saute well till onions turn brown. Most of our recipes are easy.
