- Add water to make it to a runny consistency.
- Once the oil in the pan heats up well, lower the flame. Take a strainer with holes in it and pour 1 ladle full of the Boondi batter over it gently. Spread it around evenly as shown below.
- The small Boondi will drop into hot oil. Wait for it to fry well and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on a tissue. Use a strainer with smaller holes if desired for motichoor laddu.
