- Prepare 2 tblspn Chilli Sauce

- Cut all the idllies into cube pieces.
- Deep Fry / Shallow fry Idly pieces till it became crispy.
- Cut onion and capsicums.
- First, Fry all the onions till golden brown. Add capsicums and cook it.
- Add salt, chilli powder and garam Masala. If you have any other masalas, also add that into that.next, add chilli sauce and tomato sauce and add the green chillies and cook well.
- After cooked well, add the fried Idly and spread masala to all the idly.
- Next, Transfer to a plate and garnish with some coriander leaves.
