Aloo paratha in a new avatar. Remove the Aloo Paratha from deep freezer and immediately put the Aloo Paratha on preheated pan. Keep pressing the aloo paratha gently until both sides turn golden brown. Aloo Paratha can also be heated without oil.

  8. For aloo raita…. take a bowl. Add whisk curd
  9. Add cubbed boiled potatoes. Add salt and black pepper to taste

  11. For pranta…..take a big plate add aatta and boiled mashed potatoes.
  12. Then add spanich leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chilli, some carom seeds
  13. Mix properly and knead it in smooth dough by adding a little bit of water.
  14. Then a small ball from dough and roll it in shape of Parantha with roller pin. You can also roll Parantha with your hands on a plastic sheet.
  15. Heat up a tawa. Placed Parantha on it cook it properly from both sides by applying ghee on it
  16. The fasting meal is ready. Enjoying it.

Keep pressing the aloo paratha gently until both sides turn golden brown. Aloo Paratha can also be heated without oil. I have already shared ajwain paratha which is similar to this one except addition of ajwain seeds into the dough. You can add few spices and make masala paratha. Serving suggestion: This plain paratha can be served with any dal/beans, curry, sabzi.
