In a pestle and mortar or an electric blender add the peanuts and the onion mixture, the tamarind chutney and lemon juice then blend with a little water to form a smooth paste. Give it a tempering of mustard seeds, hing and dry red chillies. You can add tomato and fresh coriander to this chutney as well. You can also add grated fresh coconut in this chutney.
Steps to make Peanut chutney:
- First take a pan and roast peanut chana dal urad dal.
- After 2 minutes add red chilli and also dry roast.
- Now cool down it now take a mixer grinder at all dry ingredients salt and add little by little wate, tamarind pulpr and grind well
- Now take a tadka pan add oil then add mustard seeds give me in seeds whole green chilli red chilli Hing yellow moong dal and fried still little brown dal.
- Now your peanut chutney is ready.
You can add tomato and fresh coriander to this chutney as well. You can also add grated fresh coconut in this chutney.
