Green Peanut kadhi is a very unique and special type of kadhi prepared with out using any besan or any other flour. This Green Peanut kadhi tastes very yummy even though it is prepared very common and simple ingredient Peanuts , greens and curds with spicy green chilly. Sol Kadi is a traditional Konkan drink made with Coconut Milk and Kokum (wet). its a very refreshing and digestive drink.
Steps to make Peanut kadi:
- Mix curd and besan in a bowl. Blend well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Put rai jeera and hing.
- Now put peanuts. Roast well.
- Now put onion ginger curry leaves ginger.
- Cook till onion gets tender.
- Add salt and haldi. Mix well.
- Now carefully add besan curd mixture.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Let it boil for 5 mins.
- When done take out in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Conventionally Sol Kadi is made with Coconut Milk and wet Kokam. Since I wanted the drink to be probiotic, I replaced the Coconut Milk with buttermilk made of peanut curds.
