  2. Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  2. Take mustard oil in a kadai and heat it.
  3. Add mustard seed, fenugreek seed,hing.
  4. Add red chilli,green chilli.
  5. Add amla, turmeric powder,salt,karipata.
  6. Mix well and cook till the amla becomes soft. Turn the gas off.
  7. When it becomes cool…pour it into a mixer jar. Add coriander leaves.
  8. Make a paste…not very smooth. Now it is ready to serve.
