- Now make layers on the dough. 1. Make the paira of this layered dough and grease with oil.
- Roll the paira dont press too much. And spread on tawa to cook.
- Fry the paratha with little oil use on both sides. Tasty lachydar pratha is ready to serve.
Dear Sir Lacha Paratha is not a layered paratha. It is a crinkled and Spiral pratha. I am a hobby cook and make variety of Vegetarian, Vegan And Ayurvedic food. I don't use Maida at all, I use different Grains floures to make different Indian bread and Lacha Pratha as well, But not maida. It is famous at Maharashtra, pune, uttrakhand and many.
