  1. Blend the tomatoes, half onion, and pepper, ginger, and garlic. If you got no blender try to grate. Set aside
  2. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside
  3. Preheat the oil and fry the seasoned chicken about 5 minutes on each side or till the chicken is well browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Add the diced onions in the oil and fry till translucent.
  5. Add the blended Tomato sauce and tomato paste, and cook for about 6 to 10 minutes or until the sauce is well reduced and the raw tomato taste is gone.
  6. Add the peanut paste and chicken stock, and stir well to dissolve.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, garam masala powder, and thyme.
  8. Return the chicken back into the sauce and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked you are satisfied with the thickness of the soup. Enjoy
