- Add chopped bottle gourd and coat it with the masala and cook for 5 minutes
- Add 2 spoons curry chilli powder and saute till raw smell goes off
- Then add 2 cups hot water and cook till bottle gourd is cooked (approximately 7 minutes)
- Then add the powdered roasted peanuts and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until gravy thickens and serve with hot steamed rice.
