Give it a tempering of mustard seeds, hing and dry red chillies. You can add tomato and fresh coriander to this chutney as well. You can also add grated fresh coconut in this chutney.

  1. Fry peanut and remove the skin.
  2. Take a plate and keep peanut,garlic flake,red chilli,tamarind.
  3. Put all these in a mixer jar with required salt and grind well for chutney.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and seasoning it with mustard and curry leaves.

You can add tomato and fresh coriander to this chutney as well. You can also add grated fresh coconut in this chutney.
