Green Peanut kadhi is a very unique and special type of kadhi prepared with out using any besan or any other flour. This Green Peanut kadhi tastes very yummy even though it is prepared very common and simple ingredient Peanuts , greens and curds with spicy green chilly. Sol Kadi is a traditional Konkan drink made with Coconut Milk and Kokum (wet). its a very refreshing and digestive drink.

Steps to make Peanut Kadi:
  1. In a bowl mix besan and curd and blend it by adding 1/2 cup water. Keep aside.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan.
  3. Put rai jeera and hing.
  4. Put ginger garlic and dry red chilli.
  5. Add peanuts and roast it.
  6. Now add besan and curd mixture. Mix well and cook for a min and add sufficient water.
  7. Add all spices. Cook for 5 - 7 mins.
  8. Adjust consistency according to the requirement.
  9. Now take out in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Serve with steamed rice.
