- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp garam masala

Roast them all on low flame. Return pan to medium-low heat and add peanuts. Pour peanut mixture over reserved rice mixture and toss. Stir-fry until the rice is hot.
Steps to make Peanut Rice:
- Wash and rinse rice. Place it in a pressure cooker. Add salt, turmeric powder and water and pressure cook till 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and keep aside. Let pressure releases automatically.
- Peel, Wash and chop onions, tomato green chilli and capsicum. Dry roast peanuts in a wok.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and mustard seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Now add onion and cook till onion gets translucent. Add chopped vegetables.
- Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix well.
- Now add boiled rice and mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
- Serve hot with curd or pickle.
Pour peanut mixture over reserved rice mixture and toss. Stir-fry until the rice is hot. Serve topped with the egg and extra soy sauce to drizzle over. Add the sauce to the rice noodles (while they are still hot), mix and cook for about a minute or two on medium flame. Season with salt, pepper an serve.
