- Take a khadai add oil.Then add rai.When it splutter add chana dal,urad dal,dry red chilli,curry leaves.
- To this add onion,ginger and green chilli chopped.
- When onions are transparent add turmeric and chilli powder.
- Then add Idli pieces.Mix well by adding coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt.
- Then take idli pieces arrange in sticks and serve with peanut chutney or any chutney of your choice.
