Instructions to make Vada pau chutney:
  1. On medium heat add two tablespoon oil in a pan. Add in garlic cloves and sauté until light golden brown. Add in the roasted nuts, sesame seeds and coconut and sauté until light brown. Let it cool. - Once cooled grind it to fine paste. Add in red chilli powder and salt and mix well. - Chutney is ready for vada pau
