- Gather your ingredients together
- Peel and Chop the green bananas into desired shapes and place then in salty water
- Boil them for 10 to 15 minutes and to avoid being overcrushed and drain the excess water
- In another sufuria put oil and fry your onions until golden brown
- Add in the tomatoes and let them cook for around one minute or until it's crushed add salt to taste
- Add in 2 or 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- Stir immediately.. If its too thick add a glass of water
- Add in your bananas and cook for 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy…i served mine with rice and a piece of avocado..
