Instructions to make Aloo Paratha:
- Take a bowl, Add boil potatoes..Mash the potatoes..Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt and pomegranate seeds.Combine well
- Now in another mixing bowl, Add wheat flour, salt and gradually add water to knead a soft dough and keep aside for 30 minutes
- Take a medium size ball from the dough. Place few tsp of potato stuffings on it and roll like a chappati
- Heat a pan, Place Parantha on it and apply ghee on both sides of it…Cook it from both sides until crisp and golden..
- Serve hot with fresh yogurt, Tea and Butter๐
