I already had sprouted moong in my freezer and dint have that much time further so I just used as they were. U need to make paratha Take a plate of sprouted moong /green gram, add grated cheese, salt chat masala, chopped mint, coriander leaves, ginger-garic paste,,.as all taste and mix it well. - Grind sprouted moong coarsely along with green chillies and ginger. (If you like garlic add it too)
- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour. Add salt, ajwain, cumin seeds, oil, red chili powder, amchur powder and chopped coriander leaves. Add ground sprouted moong mixture. Combine all ingredients well and knead soft dough. Add required water for kneading.
- Make balls from it. Take a ball, coat with flour and roll out roti. Apply ghee all over its surface. Sprinkle some flour and fold into triangle. Press sides and roll out again by dusting flour into triangle shape paratha.
- Cook both sides with oil on hot tawa till golden. Nutritious and delicious sprouted moong paratha is ready. Serve with curd or green chutney.
