  5. Make ready 1 pinch ground black pepper
  6. Make ready salt ( if salted tempura, u don need salt)
  7. Prepare 1 pinch Indian five spices ( garam masala)
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup water ( add more if batter too thick)
  9. Prepare 2 cup broccoli (boiled with salt)
  10. Take vegetable oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Crispy Oyster Mushrooms:
  1. Cut thick ducts of mushrooms and discard. Keep aside.
  2. Boil broccoli for two min. by adding a lil salt in water. Strain water and Keep aside.
  3. Add other ingredients to tempura flour and make smooth batter by adding water. It shouldn't be too runny or too thick.
  4. Deep mushroom individuals in batter to coat , deep fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with boiled broccoli.
