  6. Drain off the excessive fluids from the canned oysters and add to the layer.
  7. Add the rest of the mozerrela then season by sprinkling a liberal amount of thyme and oregano.
  8. Place in oven at 400°F for 10 min or until desired crisps is achieved.
  9. Enjoy!!!
