The ingredients needed to make Churros:

  2. Get 1/3 spoon cinnamon

Bring to a boil, then add vanilla. Turn off heat and add flour and salt. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Spain's equivalent of doughnuts, churros are famous throughout the world.

Instructions to make Churros:
  1. In a pot put the water, sugar,cinnamon and butter and allow to simmer.(here you can use vannilla, nutmeg lemon zest or any flovour of choice).
  2. Add in the flour and mix till it forms a ball without lumps, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time and mix till combined and there are no lumps.
  4. Pour the mix in your piping bag with any tip, now you can either fry or bake your churros which ever you prefer.
  5. If you are baking carefully pipe the shapes you want on your baking tray and bake for 15minutes @180c
  6. Enjoy.
