How to Make Peach Pie Filling Now this is the easy part. Transfer the filling to the pie crust and cover with another layer of crust. Pour the peach filling into the pie crust and dot with the butter. Roll out your second pie crust and cut into small squares.

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla pudding mix. Mix in butter and milk and beat for 2 minutes. Keep a side.

  4. Now add ricotta chesse top of the peaches slices and Now sprinkle the remaining cinnamon powder on Ricotta.
  5. Bake it at 200 degree c pre heat oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and insert a toothpick it should be come out clean. Now is ready.
  6. Cool before serving.

Pour the peach filling into the pie crust and dot with the butter. Roll out your second pie crust and cut into small squares. Lay these squares with overlapping corners in rows on the top of the pie. You want to make sure there is plenty of open space in the top crust, so the juice from the peaches is allowed to evaporate. Place the sliced peaches in a large bowl, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
