  2. Prepare 250 gm grated Paneer

  7. Make ready 1 spoon chopped fresh coriander
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp Chaat masala

  10. Take as needed Ghee/oil

In this, the outer layer of paratha is made with wheat flour, and inside is filled with paneer made of cheese. This paneer paratha I made is on heavier side, because I have generously stuffed with paneer filling as per husband's request. You can stuff less or more as per your liking. I would say, stuff generously if having alone with pickle or yogurt and stuff less if serving with curry or dal.

Steps to make Paneer Paratha:
  1. Take a wheat flour in a bowl add pinch of salt and then add sufficient water,Mix well and Knead a soft dough,then cover it and set aside for 20 minutes..
  2. In another bowl add paneer,onion,green chilli, cumin powder, ginger, corinader, chaat masala and salt(as per taste) and mix well
  3. Now take small portion of a dough make it round shape and stuff the portion of prepared mixture, and seal it completely and make a nice ball,sprinkle some flour on it and roll the dough into a paratha.
  4. Heat the tawa, add the paratha onto the tawa,once itis cooked from one side,flip it on other side apply ghee and cook it till golden brown
  5. And Ready to eat - Serve with curd and green chutney and butter

You can stuff less or more as per your liking. I would say, stuff generously if having alone with pickle or yogurt and stuff less if serving with curry or dal.
