Steps to make Peach Pie:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C - Prepare two puff pastry by rolling one on a floured surface.and place it into the bottom of the pie dish and freeze. Roll the second pastry dough and cut into 1-inch thick strips, refrigerate until ready to top the peach pie.

  4. Place the pie into the oven and bake until the crust has browned, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest about 5 minutes before serving.

How to Make Peach Pie Filling Now this is the easy part. Transfer the filling to the pie crust and cover with another layer of crust. Pour the peach filling into the pie crust and dot with the butter. Roll out your second pie crust and cut into small squares. Lay these squares with overlapping corners in rows on the top of the pie.
