Add gnocchi to the pan, and saute for a minute or two until the gnocchi are coated in the oils released from the chorizo (there's loads of spices and flavour in that oil), and beginning to brown a little. Instructions to make Gnocchi With Chorizo:
- Heat a large pan up and spray in some oil. Once hot add the onions. Fry gently over a medium heat until the onion just starts to turn translucent. Boil some salted water in a saucepan and add the gnocchi. Cook according to the packet instructions.
- Add in the chorizo and garlic with the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine the ingredients. Fry for about three minutes.
- Drain off the gnocchi and then add it in with the ingredients. Toss everything together. Add the dried parsley and tomato and basil pasta sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cook for a couple of minutes then serve up. Grate over some cheese and enjoy! :)
