Stuff the yummy gobi filling inside roti and make wonderful paratha. Method Add the grated cauliflower, cheese, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, psyllium husk, salt in a bowl & knead it well into a soft dough. Now make thick balls of the dough & pat it into a Paratha or like a thick patty as shown in the video.
Steps to make Cauliflower Paratha:
- Wash cauliflower florets.
- Grate cauliflower and ginger
- Add green chilli, coriander leaves - Add ajwain, cumin powder, salt to taste, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix everything well with hands.
- Take dough - Make ball, roll a bit.
- Keep the stuffing inside and make a ball again holding edges.
- Pat a little and roll again. - Place it on hot tawa. - Flip once and apply ghee
- Flip again and apply ghee on the other side too. - Remove when done - Serve hot with butter
Method Add the grated cauliflower, cheese, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, psyllium husk, salt in a bowl & knead it well into a soft dough. Now make thick balls of the dough & pat it into a Paratha or like a thick patty as shown in the video. Heat a non-stick pan, add the Cauliflower Paratha & let it cook well on both sides. Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage. Add all other ingredients and mix well, except oil.
