- Your Gizzards should be done by now; add in the blended peppers and onion, then water to the level of the Gizzards in the pot. - - Before it starts boiling add in the flour and stir to mix(it should mix finely because the stock is warm) - - Cover your pot and allow to boil
- Add in the vegetable oil, then the chopped peppers and vegetables(green peas and all) in no particular order. Stir gently and taste for salt
- Add some salt and seasoning if needed, and allow to simmer for about 1 minute and it's ready for serving - - Serve with either pasta, rice etc of your choice
