The recipe of making gobi paratha is same as other stuffed paratha recipe. Meaning the procedure of stuffing and rolling the paratha is same for all stuffed paratha.

- Take 250 gms cauliflower
- Take 1 tb spn gram flour
- Get 1/4 t spn carom seeds
- Prepare 1/2 t spn cumin and coriander powder
- Take 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
- Get 1 t spn ginger paste
- Get Salt
- Prepare Sugar a pinch (optional)
- Make ready 1 pinch Asafoetida
- Get Oil

- Take leaves Chopped coriander
- Make ready 5-6 Curreyleaves
- Prepare 1/2 t spn mustard and cumin seeds
- Take 1/4 t spn turmeric powder
- Prepare 2 cup wheat flour
Besides breakfast or a quick brunch, gobi parathas are ideal for carrying in a lunch box or while going for a small outing. Gobi Paratha is an Indian bread stuffed with a grated cauliflower filling. It is a great dish to serve for any meal and it also works well for the lunch boxes. Steps to make Gobhi Paratha:
- Clean and wash cauliflower. Dry with kitchen towel. And Grat it.
- Add wheat flour in large mixing bowl, add salt and 1 t spn oil in it and knead a soft dough with Luke warm water.
- Heat 1 tb spn oil in kadhai, add cumin, mustard seeds in it, when it crackle add Asafoetida in it.Then add green chillies, ginger paste, curry leaves in it stir it.
- Add grated cauliflower in it, mix it well then add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and let it cook.stir in between then add sugar, cumin - coriander powder in it. Again cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Off the flame add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool
- Pick small ball from dough and roll it. Take small ball from cauliflower stuffing in it. Pack it and again roll it.
- Heat griddle and shallow fry paratha pouring oil from sides. Fry crisper
- Serve hot with pickle or sauce or chutany.
- Ideal for breakfast with tea.
