  1. Firstly cut the cauliflower and grate the cauliflower pieces using a fine grater.
  2. To a grated cauliflower add chopped onion, ginger, green chillies, ajwain, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Then make medium sized ball from chapathi dough and roll it into small circle with a rolling pin.
  4. Place the prepared stuffing in the center. take the edge and start pleating bringing to center. Further, sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size.
  5. On a hot tawa place the paratha and cook both sides.
  6. Then add oil / ghee and press slightly.
  7. Finally, serve hot gobhi parathas with Amul butter, sauce, raita or pickle.
