  3. Now take the dough divided into equal portions.make balls from it and dust little flour on kitchen counter roll it as long and thin as you can.then brush it with garlic and ghee mixture.
  4. Now cut it with a knife in thin strips then roll it it's layers and stretch lightly.then again roll it to make a round shape.then press and roll like paratha.
  5. Now take plastic sheets cut into pieces then put one rolled paratha on it.cover with another's plastic sheet then again put the paratha on it.repeat the same process at last cover it from all sides with plastic sheets and wrap well.rhen put in freezer and whenever need keep out from freezer and fry.serve garlic Lachha paratha with sauce.
