The ingredients needed to make No Bake Pastry:
  1. Prepare 5-6 marie biscuits
  2. Get 50 ml fresh cream
  3. Get 50 grams dark chocolate
  4. Make ready few almond flakes

It's a no-bake dessert made with crushed cookies, chocolate and nuts. There are lots of different versions of chocolate salami all around the world. It's very popular here in Greece, too. It's called kor-MOS, which means a tree log.

Instructions to make No Bake Pastry:
  1. Break the biscuits coarsely.

  4. Fill the biscuit mixture in a pastry tin and spread evenly. Freeze for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and unmould the pastry. Pour some ganache over and sprinkle some almond flakes.
