- Now with the help rolling pin roll the thin roti.now take one roti and add mixture of cauliflower on it.now put another roti on it. Now sell its side properly.
- Now take one pan. Heat it add ghee in it. And put cauliflower partha on it and cook it properly from both the side
- Now your cauliflower paratha is ready to serve.
