Method Add the grated cauliflower, cheese, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, psyllium husk, salt in a bowl & knead it well into a soft dough. Now make thick balls of the dough & pat it into a Paratha or like a thick patty as shown in the video. Heat a non-stick pan, add the Cauliflower Paratha & let it cook well on both sides. Fold the other half of the roti over the stuffing to make a semi-circle and press it lightly so that the stuffing doesn't spill out.
