- Roll into 24 balls(I decide to make 12 giant balls this time) and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten slightly using a fork. Bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool
- Heat the jam and water together to make a syrup. Spread eahals with the extra jam and sandwich together then dunk into the warm syrup
- Colour the coconut with red food colouring. Roll the snowball in the coconut and leave to cool. Enjoy!…
