- Take a wok put mango pulp/puree in it. Add sugar and water mix and cook on low flame for 2 Minutes.
- Now add crushed garlic and crushed red chilli. Mix and cook another 5 Minutes.
- Mix cornflour in water and add into the mango Mixture. Keep stirring while adding corn flour mixture. Cook for more 3 to 5 Minutes untill thicken add vinegar and lemon juice when bubbling, Turn off flame and let it cool.
- When it's cool completely then pour into sterallized bottle or jar. Mexican Mango Chilli Sauce is ready. Enjoy.
