- Get 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Get 500 gm Gobhi(cauliflower)
- Prepare 2 tbsp Chopped green chill
- Make ready 1 tbsp chopped Ginger

- Take 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 tsp Coriander leaves

Steps to make Gobhi paratha:
- In a bowl mix together wheat flour,salt.add water little by little and mix.
- Knead to from a smooth and soft dough.
- Cover and let the dough for ½hour.
- Mix the grated cauliflower along with coriander powder, chopped green chillie,carom seeds,chopped ginger,red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make equal sized balls out of the dough.
- To dust use wheat flour and roll them to think small circles.put 1tbsp mixture into it and close it from the eadges.
- Roll the partha
- Cook partha from both side by applying ghee and serve.
