  5. Mine will be serve with custard and fruit salad

Place into the fridge until needed. Pour the Caramel Top n Fill into a bowl and whisk until smooth. For the salted caramel filling, place the caster sugar in a heavy-based pan and place over a high heat. Once the sugar starts to melt, swirl the pan to keep the sugar moving as it caramelises. Heat gently, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
