- Sive Gluten free Cake Flour, Baking Powder and salt. Add into egg mixture and mix well.
- Add Milk and Vanilla Essence to egg mixture and mix well.
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Fold egg whites into milk mixture.
- Place liquid into a greased 2 liter bowl. Sive over Ground Cinnamon.
- Bake for 40-50min on 180°C.
- Serve warm or cold
